Governors Village offers flexible living options in Grand Cayman to suit individuals, groups and corporates for extended stays to the Cayman Islands.
You can rent a full 1,3 or 4 bedroom apartment, ideal for families, work teams, and long-term stays seeking privacy and space. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, high-speed internet, and private en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom.
We also offer the option to rent individual bedrooms within a shared 3 or 4 bedroom apartment. Each bedroom remains fully private with its own en-suite bathroom, while tenants share the kitchen and living space - a practical, value-driven solution for young professionals and those relocating to Grand Cayman who want flexibility without sacrificing comfort.
Currently there are a limited amount of apartments available for 6 month leases, starting April 1st.
