1. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open to participants 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Governors Village, Cayman Airways, and Red Sail Sports, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Residents of all countries and jurisdictions are eligible to enter and will be considered equally.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on May 16th, 2025 and ends on June 30th, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. PRIZE
One (1) lucky winner will receive the Ultimate Cayman Getaway, including:
- A 2-night stay at Governors Village (subject to availability and blackout dates)
-Two (2) round-trip economy flight tickets from Grand Cayman to Miami via Cayman Airways (travel must be completed by October 31st; blackout dates may apply)
- A Stingray City experience for two (2) with Red Sail Sports (subject to availability and weather conditions)
This all-in-one experience brings together flights, accommodation, and adventure for an unforgettable getaway!
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and contacted on Meta or Tiktok via direct message within 72 hours of the Giveaway’s close. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following conditions:
- The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Travel and activity dates are subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with Hosts Governors Village.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Tiktok.
Specific to Governors Village
-Prize Inclusions: The giveaway includes a 2-night stay at Governors Village (subject to availability and blackout dates)
-Entrants aged 21 and over are eligible.
-Entrants must have a valid passport for international travel and identification.
-Entry is via Meta or Tiktok only.
-Governors Village 2 night stay must be booked direct.
-Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to major public holidays, peak travel periods, and Cayman Islands national events. Specific blackout dates will be provided upon prize confirmation.
-Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance of travel.
-All travel must be completed by October 31, 2025.
-The stay has no cash value and is non-transferable.
-The 2 night stay at Governors Village is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
-By entering, the winner agrees to allow Governors Village and participating partners to share their name, likeness, and/or giveaway-related content for promotional purposes including photography or video footage when in the Cayman Islands.
-Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize (e.g., meals, travel insurance, transport to/from airports, etc.).
-Governors Village reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or regulatory compliance.
-Taxes and fees that are applicable at the time of booking are NOT included in this prize and must be paid for by the prize winner in order to travel. This includes a 13% Cayman Islands tourism tax and cleaning fee. Governors Village will not be charging a booking or service fee for the winners stay.
Specific to Cayman Airways
-All travel must be completed by the date outlined in the prize letter issued to the winner.
-Taxes and fees that are applicable at the time of booking are NOT included in this prize and must be paid for by the prize winner in order to travel.
-This prize is non-transferable and non-refundable if lost.
-Reservations may not be confirmed for blackout dates during the travel period, including public holidays in the Cayman Islands and USA.
-This prize must be submitted for booking at least 2 weeks prior to departure.
-Seats for this prize may not be available on every flight so alternate dates may be needed.
-In the event of flight irregularities, passengers will be re-routed only via the services of Cayman Airways.
-This prize applies ONLY to regular scheduled Cayman Airways flights, destinations, and departure airports applicable at the time of booking.
-Cayman Airways reserves the right to ensure that the winner is verified by the participating partners before tickets are issued.
-Minors must be accompanied by an adult no younger than aged 21.
-Other booking restrictions may apply at the time of booking.
Specific to Red Sail Sports
-Voucher cannot be used in The Shops of Red Sail Sports.
-Components are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have NO CASH VALUE.

7.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Hosts are not responsible for any technical errors, loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
By participating in this giveaway, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
